Day 1Fez-Volubilis-Meknes-Rabat
Our tour will start at 8 am from Fez, toward Rabat. Along the road, we will explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis which is one of the UNESCO in Mororcco.Then we drive towards Meknes where we will admire the so-called the most majestic bab in morocco”Bab El Mansour” ,Then we will have lunch in a restaurant in meknes, then drive to a hotel in Rabat to spend the night in Riad / hotel.
Day 2Rabat-Casablanca-Marrakech
after taking your breakfast, we will visit Oudaya Kasbah, La Torre du Hassan II, then drive to Casablanca where we will visit the biggest mosque in the world after Mecca ” Hassan II Mosque”, and finally we arrive Marrakech around 6PM where we will spend a night in a riad or a hotel.
Day 3Marrakech sightseeing
After breakfast we spend full day tour to discover Marrakech with a local guide. Marrakech is also Called “the red city” because of the color of its walls and filled with gardens, watered by underground wells (khettaras), which were built by the Almoravids and Saharan nomads in the eleventh century. In this day we will visit Menara, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia, Majorelle Gardens and souks, these are some of the must visits. A unique experience will be to discover the square of” Djemaa El Fna” where life and activity of the city is concentrated: dancers, storytellers, jugglers, artisans, merchants and snake charmers. While you discover these important places you will have free time to walk by yourselves
Day 4Marrakech-Atlas mountain-Ait ben haddou-Roses valley-Dades gorges
we will depart around 8am and drive towards the direction of sahara desert.we will across the high atlas mountain reaching an elevation of 2260M altitude ,the place is called "Tizi'n tichka pass"which is the highest mountain pass in north africa.
after short stay we continue towards Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou a very famous site in morocco which becomes a UNESCO as a world heritage site since 1987 also many famous movies made here .after we have a walking to visit the kasbah we will have lunch near the kasbah, then we drive to ouarzazate which is known as the hollywood of africa.
after ouarzazate we will continue our trip on the 1000 kasbah road.we will stop at skoura which was full of palm groves and numberous ancient kasbahs,according to the legend it was founded in 12 century during the Almohad dynasty.after skoura we contine our trip to the roses valley(every may here is full of roses ) .the last stop of the day is dades gorges,we will have dinner and overnight here.
Day 5 Dades gorges-Tinghir-Todra gorges-Erfourd-Merzouga
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for Tinghir and then towards the Todra Gorges. we will have the opportunity to stop to contemplate the panoramic view of the river. Then continue along the road next to the river to reach the gorges, where we will have a break for lunch. We will walk through this wonderful place on foot, while enjoying the views of the high rock walls. From here we will go to Merzouga through Tinjdad, Erfoud. We may make a stop in Erfoud to visit one of the marble fossil carriers. Then we will continue to the hotel located at the foot of the orange dunes of Erg Chebbi where we will spend the night at the edge of the desert.
Day 6Merzouga–Nomadic Family–Abandoned Village–Khamlia–Oasis–Desert Camp
After breakfast in your hotel we will start the discovering of the surroundings of merzouga desert.we will drive around merzouga and the sand dunes、the lake with pink flamingos,we will have a short walk in the oasis of the desert,a large palm of forest,then we will visit nomads,experience their lifestyle and have tea in their tents. Then We will continue visiting the now almost abandoned Minas de Mifis which was found by france .after we will visit the Gnawa village called Khamlia.you will meet Gnawa people and hear their music.
After lunch we return to the riad to change transport. After preparing our luggages,we will ride a camel to go through the desert(you can choose to go by 4*4car ).we will stop at the high dunes to watch the sunset,then continue to the camp which located in the heart of desert .when we arrrvie at our camp ,you will have your leisure time to walk through the dunes and enjoy sandboarding before dinner.we will have dinner in the tent or outside ,then there will be a fire camp with berber drum music aroud.after the fire camp the stars come out, you may view the shooting stars and the most clear galaxy you ever see,a magic night is on.
Day 7Merzouga-Midelt-Ifrane-Fes
Wake up early morning is a ” must do ” to see one of the most beautiful sunrises in your life on the top of a dune around the camp. After breakfast, you will ride the camels back to the edge of the Sahara where you will meet your driver again. Leaving the calmness and silence of the immense desert and travel for Fes. On the way, a stop for lunch and relax, later on, continue driving towards Fes.we will arrive fes around 6:30pm,overnight and dinner in a hotel/riad.
Day 8Fes full-day guided Culture trip
After breakfast in your riad, you will start exploring Fes the “the Spriitual City of Morocco”. You will spend the whole morning exploring the Medina, visiting most of the sites with cultural and historical interest – including the famous Al Karaouine Mosque and University (the oldest in the world), the Tanneries and the Najjarine fountain. After lunch, we will drive outside the Medina to see the Royal Palace gate, walk through the Jewish quarter “the Mellah”, then to visit the pottery cooperative. Afternoon, we will drive to one of the fortresses to experience an amazing panoramic view of the whole Medina of Fes. Overnight accommodation will be in an authentic riad in the heart of old Medina.
